Adare Manor: How To Play, Stay And Eat

The Ryder Cup returns to Ireland at Adare Manor from 13 to 19 September 2027. The matches run from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 September. It is the centenary staging, and the first in Ireland since The K Club in 2006.
Adare is not a links and it is not merely a golf hotel. It is an 840-acre estate built around a Gothic Revival house and a Tom Fazio parkland course of 7,509 yards. Fourteen elevated greens, SubAir beneath all eighteen, the River Maigue and a closing green beneath the Manor make it a distinctly Irish Ryder Cup stage rather than an imitation of an American tournament course.
This collection separates two trips people are already confusing: playing Adare Manor before or after the Ryder Cup, and attending the Ryder Cup itself. The public ticket ballot is closed, ticket-inclusive official packages remain the sanctioned route, there is no parking at the venue, and Adare Manor is not accepting hotel bookings for the whole of September 2027. A round on the Fazio course with a caddie takes four and a half hours, and the walk back to the house adds to it. You have the whole morning and most of the afternoon.

Nothing changes. This is the only track in the collection that is entirely weatherproof, which is why we put mixed groups here when the forecast is bad.

Nothing. Adare supplies the boots, the coats and the gloves.

A Limerick city excursion. There is a good museum and it is not worth leaving the estate for.

- When is the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor?
- Ryder Cup week runs from Monday 13 to Sunday 19 September 2027. The competition itself is Friday 17 through Sunday 19 September, following the build-up and practice days.
- Can I still buy Ryder Cup 2027 tickets?
- The public ballot has closed. Ryder Cup Europe says ticket-inclusive hotel packages remain available through Ryder Cup Travel Services. Avoid secondary resale platforms, because Ryder Cup Europe says tickets found there can be cancelled.
- Can I stay at Adare Manor during the 2027 Ryder Cup?
- Not through a normal hotel booking. Adare Manor says it is fully committed and will not take hotel bookings from 1 to 30 September 2027. Spectators need an official package or accommodation elsewhere with event transport.
- How much does it cost to play Adare Manor in 2026?
- Adare Manor publishes a €550 resident green fee for its 2026 season, 26 May to 18 October. A caddie is compulsory and costs €120. The estate has not published a standard non-resident rate in that table.
- Can spectators park at Adare Manor for the Ryder Cup?
- No. Ryder Cup Europe says there will be no on-site parking. Ticket holders should use the official Park and Ride network or rail connections with shuttles, including the dedicated service from Limerick Junction to the temporary Adare Manor station.

How we would book Adare Manor.
Ryder Cup week is 13-19 September 2027; matches are 17-19 September. The public ballot is closed. Use Ryder Cup Travel Services for remaining official ticket-inclusive packages. Adare Manor is unavailable for normal hotel bookings for all of September, and spectators cannot park on site.

Play it if
- You want the most finished resort golf experience in Ireland, on the 2027 Ryder Cup course.
- You want to sleep, eat and play without moving the car.
- You are planning around the event and want the ground itself in the itinerary.
Skip it if
- You are chasing raw links golf. This is parkland, beautifully so.
- You are hoping for a room on the estate in September 2027.
- You expect a host-course tee time during Ryder Cup week.
Time it takes
A parkland round with the hotel at the end of it, so the day can hold golf in the morning and the estate in the afternoon.
