When we consider a Sunday in Dublin, our thoughts invariably drift to Bastible. Its appeal extends far beyond the immediate Portobello surroundings and its singular character draws us across the city. Their Sunday lunch, presented as a set menu, offers a culinary experience we have not found replicated elsewhere in Dublin.

We recommend a walk along the Grand Canal as an approach, before requesting a window table. Opting for the wine pairing truly enhances the meal. It completes the dining experience, adding depth to the entire afternoon.

This destination justifies the journey.
