Adare Manor after the leaves turn

The week the village goes quiet and the manor opens up.

Collected by Deborah. Read her editorial perspective

As October gives way to November, Adare village settles into a hush. The usual summer energy recedes, replaced by a deep calm, and the manor’s fires blaze warmly in the lobby. This quieter tempo allows for a more personal appreciation of this expansive estate.

Adare Manor after the leaves turn

Adare

The dining at the Manor, we feel, has found a more subtle rhythm, a sophisticated counterpoint to its grand surroundings. While two nights give you a solid visit, three nights unlock a full indulgence, offering time for a solitary morning walk along the river path before our breakfast.

Our American friends, first introduced to Adare during the Ryder Cup, now book their returns for November. This distinct, unhurried atmosphere draws them back.
