A quiet way in

Find Your Ireland: an editorial planner for a trip that fits you.

Find Your Ireland is a short editorial planner, not a booking engine. It is built for American travellers who do not want a generic list of castles and cliffs, and would rather be sent on the one trip we would send a close friend on. Four quiet prompts. One journey shaped for how you actually want the week to feel.

The planner considers who you are travelling with, how many nights you have, what pace suits you, and the season you are coming in. It reads those inputs against the same editorial library that produces our seven and ten-day itineraries, our stay collections, and our regional Edits. It does not surface every possibility. It picks the one route we would recommend, then shows you the hotels, drives and tables that make it real.

The outcome is a single recommended edit: a day-by-day trip with the rooms we would book, the roads we would take slowly, and the stops worth the detour. You can save it, share it, or refine it and see the route change. If you would rather start from a hotel or a region, the planner accepts that too. Begin below.

How the recommendation is made

Four inputs: who is travelling, how many nights you have, the pace you want, and the season. The planner reads those against our own editorial library of hotels, drives, tables and experiences, each one already written up on its own page. Nothing is generated from a live rate feed, and nothing is drawn from a third-party listing we have not read ourselves.

This is editorial guidance, not live availability. Recommendations tell you where to go and where to stay. Bookable inventory sits behind the booking links on each hotel page, where rates and dates are confirmed by the hotel or its booking partner.

An example of what comes out

Two travellers, seven nights, an unhurried pace, coming in September:

  • Dublin, two nights, The Merrion
  • Kerry, three nights, The Europe Hotel & Resort
  • County Clare, two nights, Dromoland Castle
  • In through Dublin Airport, home from Shannon
  • Private driver for the country legs

That is our canonical first trip. Change any input and the route changes with it: fewer nights drops a region rather than compressing three, a faster pace adds a day trip instead of a fourth base.
