Guinness in Cork, at the Hi-B

Upstairs on Oliver Plunkett Street, where the rules are not written down.

Guinness in Cork, at the Hi-B

Dingle

The unwritten rules are as much a part of the pint as the stout itself. We observe no phones at the table, no lingering at the bar once seated, and never interrupt the pianist. Cork respects its small, intimate spaces, and The Hi-B is the most important of them all.

Afterward, head to the English Market for a coffee at its balcony cafe. This contrast is the entire point.
