November in Dublin

The four o'clock dusk and the bookshop windows lit early.

November in Dublin offers a particular grace, a time many overlook yet one we appreciate deeply. By mid-month, the city centers are already alight with holiday decorations, and the early four o’clock dusk pulls us inside, past the warmth radiating from local bookshop windows.

November in Dublin

West Cork in February

We typically base ourselves near Stephen's Green, which provides easy access for our city walks. Before an afternoon stroll along the canal as dusk gathers, we often enjoy a midday meal at Pichet. This allows us to take in the quiet character of the city's waterways as they grow dim.

For those eager to experience Dublin, three days are ample to fall into the distinct cadence of November here.
